Why it works

Nothing brings a team together like beating each other.

A team drink is nice, but people stay in their own circles. Put them in a match together and within ten minutes Finance and Engineering are shouting tactics across the room.

The org chart takes a break

The intern beats the CFO, the CEO begs for a rematch. For one evening, everyone is just a player, and that loosens things up long after.

Teams that never meet, mixed

We shuffle colleagues into mixed teams across departments. People finally meet the faces behind the emails, and Monday’s small talk writes itself.

Everyone can join

No fitness test, no climbing harness, no karaoke solo. Games you learn in a minute, for colleagues of every age, gamer or not.

Remote colleagues too

Hybrid team? Colleagues at home sign in and play in the same matches and the same league. Nobody misses out because they live an hour away.

Stories that last

A live leaderboard, a podium on the big screen, prizes for the winners. The rivalry carries on at the coffee machine for weeks.

Barely any work for HR

No venue to book, no bus to rent, no catering contract. Your office, the laptops people already have, and pizza. We set up and run the rest.

The evening

From last email to champion of the office.

  1. Laptops open

Everyone signs in to your party hub on the big screen and takes a seat. No installs, no USB sticks.

  2. First match

Mixed teams, an easy game to warm up. The trash talk starts about here.

  3. Pizza run

Everyone adds their order in the hub, one colleague gets one clear list. Nobody forgets the vegetarian.

  4. The tournament

The department league heats up. Every match counts towards the standings on the big screen.

  5. Podium & prizes

Champions crowned, prizes handed out, rematch demanded. See you on Monday.

For your IT team

No installs. No headaches.

Forward this part to IT. It answers the three questions they’ll ask.

  • It runs in the browser

The games we start with run in a browser tab on ordinary work laptops. No installs, no admin rights, no gaming PCs.

  • The server is ours, not on your network

We host a dedicated server for your event. Colleagues connect over the internet, just like any website.

  • Gone when you’re done

The server only exists for your event. Afterwards it comes down; nothing stays behind on your laptops.

FAQ

Questions HR asks

Do our colleagues need to be gamers?

Not at all. We pick games you learn in a minute, and mixed teams mean the first-timers play alongside the regulars. Often the loudest cheers are for the colleague who never played before.

Do we need gaming PCs?

No. The games we start with run in the browser on ordinary work laptops. Heavier games that need an install are optional, for teams that want them.

Will our IT department be OK with this?

Browser games need no installs and no admin rights. The game server runs on our side, not on your network; colleagues only need a browser and an internet connection. Happy to answer your IT team’s questions before the day.

Can remote colleagues join?

Yes. They sign in from home and play in the same matches and the same league as everyone in the office.

What about colleagues who’d rather watch?

Free. You only pay for colleagues who play. Anyone can watch on the big screen or from their own phone or laptop, and spectators still get a say: they vote on the chaos events that shake up the match, like a powerup round or a bounty on the leader.

We’d rather skip shooters. Is that possible?

Of course. You choose which games are on: kart racing, platformers and party games work just as well.

What does it cost?

€39 per colleague excl. VAT, per event, everything included: the server, the games, the hub, leaderboards and prizes, white-glove onboarding and live support during the event. Within an hour’s drive of our team, a moderator from us comes along too. Pizza not included. Nothing is charged when you send the form: we confirm the details and the price by email first.

Who handles the pizza?

You order it, or someone opens a food run in the hub: everyone adds their order, the runner gets one clear list.

Same pizza.
Way better Friday.

Pick a date, count your colleagues, and let us turn the office into an arena.
