# LAN Party Live > LAN Party Live runs LAN parties for their hosts: it spins up a dedicated game server for the party and handles the organising (seats, games, prizes, leaderboards, the snack bar, food runs and settling up). €9 per seat, per party. Currently in private beta at https://lanparty.live/. ## What hosts get - A powerful dedicated server for the party, with game servers and the party hub set up before anyone arrives, at the party's own address (your-party.lanparty.live). - Seats and sign-ups: players claim a seat and get their own account; the host sees who's coming, who has paid and who's online. - Games of the host's choice: servers start with a click, players just join. Some games run right in the browser. - Prizes per game or for the whole night, decided by the recorded scores. - Leaderboards: every match is recorded, with live standings per game and an overall ranking for the big screen. - A snack and drinks bar with the host's prices: players tap what they take and it goes on their tab. - Food runs: one person opens a run, everyone adds their order, the runner gets one clear list. - Settling up: at the end everyone sees what they owe for their seat, the bar and food. ## Pricing - €9 per seat, per party, everything included (12 seats = €108). - Nothing is charged when a host sends a request: details and the final price are confirmed by email first. ## How it works 1. The host fills in the date and the number of seats on https://lanparty.live/#book. 2. LAN Party Live sets up the party: server, address, games, bar prices and prizes. 3. Players sign in from a browser (PC or phone), take a seat and play. Scores, tabs and food runs take care of themselves. ## For publishers and studios Publishers and studios with a game that has a LAN or local multiplayer mode can submit it at https://lanparty.live/publishers and share the source code (or just the dedicated server). LAN Party Live ports it, hosts it at every party on the platform, and the publisher earns a share of the seat price of every party it is played at, weighted by playtime. Open-sourcing the game is optional: a private licence under NDA is fine. Publishers can also go exclusive (LAN Party Live as the only hosted LAN party service for the game, nothing else) in return for a higher rate, featured placement and priority porting. ## For businesses Companies can book an office pizza-LAN party at https://lanparty.live/business: a team event at their own office where colleagues play in mixed teams and a department league on their work laptops (games run in the browser, no installs), with food runs, a podium and prizes. Remote colleagues can join over the internet. €39 per colleague excl. VAT, per event. ## Links - [Homepage](https://lanparty.live/): what's included, how it works, FAQ - [Organise your LAN party](https://lanparty.live/#book): request form for hosts (private beta) - [For businesses](https://lanparty.live/business): office pizza-LAN parties for teams, €39 per colleague excl.
